If you believe your EPC debit card has been impacted by the recent Target data breach, contact EPPIC at 877‑777‑1617.  Also, please ensure that your address and contact information are current for your EPC card. To update your information please dial 877‑777‑1617.

   Monthly Billing Statement

Starting in February 2014, you will no longer receive a monthly billing statement for any month that all of your cases have a zero balance. You may check your balances by logging into Customer Connect or by calling one of the telephone numbers listed below.
